Darcy Pierson joined Associated in January 1994 and is currently working in the position of senior vice president, Director of inclusion, engagement & change management leadership in human resources. In her role, she is responsible for diversity & inclusion, colleague engagement, and change management.
Pierson brings more than 26 years of banking experience to Associated. In her current role she guides the organization towards its objective of mirroring the diversity of the communities in which it serves by establishing strategies to broadening colleague representation across the bank and advancing a culture of inclusion. Before that, she served as Senior Vice President, Director Development & Change Leadership 2012- 2014; Senior Vice President, Director of Learning & Development, 2008 – 2012; and Vice President, Senior Organizational Development Consultant, 2004 -2008
Pierson holds a Masters of Business Administration – Organization Development and a Bachelor of Business Administration – Marketing and Management. She serves on the board of the Northeast Wisconsin Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, member of Associated Bank’s Diversity & Inclusion Council, and leader with Associated Women’s Network.
