Head of Inclusion and Diversity for the Americas, Organizational Development, MUFG Union Bank, N.A.
Mike Sebring heads up the Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) function and oversees the I&D strategy in the Americas. He took on this role in June of 2015 previously acting as a Managing Director in Seattle for the retail bank. Mike has been recognized throughout his 20 year banking career for his dedication to community, volunteerism, board participation, and ability to rally people for a common cause. In the seven years he has been with the bank, Mike worked in Los Angeles overseeing the Priority Banking program before taking on the role of Regional Manager and moving to the Pacific Northwest to help with the Frontier Bank acquisition. Having moved 24 times since the year 2000 Mike has been able to build very strong partnerships across the west coast while managing multiple wealth management and retail banking teams. His passion for I&D and success in banking was the perfect combination to take on this new role. Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School, and holds a six sigma green belt certification. He currently resides in Tempe, AZ.
