Vice President, Implementation Consultant, Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion, Wells Fargo 


 

Kamina Young is an Implementation Consultant and Vice President in Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion at Wells Fargo, supporting the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy.  In this role, Kamina manages the Team Member Network program, and provides strategic thought leadership and consulting for other corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives.

 

Kamina began her career at Wells Fargo as a contractor leading the Wachovia merger application decommissioning effort in Wholesale Banking.  Prior to that, she spent 16 years at MetLife, in various technical and management roles in Information Technology Services.

 

Kamina has been active in multiple communities and corporate efforts, including INROADS and the Charlotte Chamber.  She is a Lifetime Member of the National Black MBA Association and serves on the board of the Diversity Council of the Carolinas.  Kamina has been recognized by Who’s Who in Black Charlotte and is an alumna of the Leaders Under 40 program sponsored by Community Building Initiative.  Kamina holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and an M.B.A. in Management from Adelphi University.
