With more than 25 years of experience in the corporate environment and with nearly 15 years of experience in the fields of inclusion & diversity and corporate sustainability, Eric has cultivated his unique expertise in I&D, corporate responsibility, communication, sustainability reporting, and human rights. Eric has worked in the fields of telecommunications, non-governmental organizations, and more recently, in pharmaceuticals/biotechnology. Eric is currently the VP of Diversity and Inclusion for Charter Communications (brand name Spectrum).

His work has provided him the opportunity to live and work in Europe, North America, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Europe’s largest corporate responsibility network (CSR Europe), a member of the Human Rights Working Group in the United Nations Global Compact, and is the author of a practical guide to corporate responsibility and a contributing author to “Inclusion Nudges”. Eric’s focus on inclusion and diversity has provided the opportunity to build strategies for some of the world’s leading companies but also implement ‘practical’ solutions ‘on-the-ground’.

Eric holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics and graduate degrees in International Relations, Public Administration, and Telecommunications. He is married and lives in New Jersey where he finds time to hike, row, go to events in The City, and travel.
