Head of Global Employee Engagement
Ceah Justice is an uncompromising advocate for social change. She is a DEI executive committed to challenging, changing and shaping the mindset of others to create a culture of intentional inclusionist. Ceah currently works for Raytheon Technologies as Head of Global Employee Engagement reporting directly to the Chief Diversity Officer. There she is responsible for elevating the employee experience through the company’s Employee Resource Groups. Inspired by her personal experiences, Ceah Justice has dedicated herself to challenging the status quo so that we may create an environment where inclusion and equity are intentional.
Ceah is a DEI Champion outside of the workplace, mentoring women across the globe, serving as a board member and faculty advisor to Ignite Worldwide, the Executive Institute on Inclusion, O.W.E and Life Renewed. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and founder of Sister Tribe Vibes, a women empowerment platform where her goal is to help women find their voice, step into their power, and create change in themselves and those around them.
As a public speaker, she raises awareness of pressing societal issues, encourages people to take personal responsibility for their own lives, and motivates them to develop creative solutions focused on people. The heart of Ceah’s work centers around creating transformative environments where people feel safe to use their voices and walk in their fullest potential and authenticity.
